At 1 o'clock today, I was interviewing someone to fill a vacant position! This guy wasn't stellar but he wasn't horrible! Do I settle so that I don't have to travel so much or do I wait it out for some one better?! I guess Friday I'll find out he did with the rest of his interviews and go from there!
I'm really amazed at how much Emmeline has changed during these short few weeks in Kindergarten! Last week she started having homework, a new poem to read and do some activities together! Tonight's activity was to have her draw a picture of the poem, and I was just surprised she went with sequencing out the poem! I thought it was extraordinary!
This dress has caused many challenging mornings in the past month! This was the dress she wore the first day of school and has wanted to wear at least once a week since she started school...sometimes in the same week! She acts as though she doesn't have any other clothes! Its driving me nuts! I mean I know I where the same clothes a few times a week but not if I'm going to see the same people! She just loves that dress! Thanks Lola!!!

My pint-size diva! Not sure where she learned all these poses and got all this sass but it sure does make me smile!
This is the face I get when I tell Drew to wrap something up...bath, playing on the phone or with toys. He turns to me and says "I play 5 mo' minit". Sometimes I give him the 5 minutes, but sometimes I'm in a rush and say I'll give you 2 minutes. "Oh yay!" and he returns to whatever activity it is he's doing! I'll admit sometimes its not the full 2 minutes (generally if I agree to 5 I'm really giving him 2 and if I say 2 its really 1) before I wrap things up but he doesn't know better yet!
