I got this book from Amazon's Daily Kindle Deals or from the top 100 free Kindle books. It got good reviews and you know I can't resist true stories. This book is basically the life diaries of a Russian woman who was a slave laborer for the Nazis during the Holocaust. Her first dairy started at 9 when her dad gave it to her. She kept dairies ever since. She was the only surviving member of her family and eventually made her way to America. There she met a man married him but never revealed her past to him. After 40 years of marriage she finally showed him all her diaries and how she spent years translating them into English. She made him promise to not publish anything until after she passed. So far the writing is a bit choppy and jumps from place to place but the story is still good! If you know me, you know I read pretty much anything!
