Day 1 - Discovery

Since Alisa questioned my discovery entry asking if I'd be posting about the park near my office called Discovery Green, I decided to go with it.

Discovery Green is a park right in downtown Houston. They have all kinds of events there and during the holidays they have an ice rink! Emmie has been going for the past 3 years and this past year was Drew's first year to ice skate. I'd have to say Drew went out on the ice just to go back and sip on hot chocolate!

Originally when I listed discovery, at first I put Discover, only because I was at work and for those of you who don't know, I technically work for Discover! And I thought about posting a big orange Discover sign for you, but thought this would be more fun!

"Daddy toot all day!" - Drew (on going 2/2012)
