I'm sure I have a laundry list of bad habits. The first that came to mind are my childrens' bad sleeping habits. They require me to be in the room until they fall asleep and they usually come get at some point in the night so I'm back there with them. These bad habits are not encouraged by me, but I know I don't do much in trying to prevent them from happening. I'm just too lazy to break the habit! I know that in the long it'd benefit us all but I'm too lazy to fight it now! Since I haven't convinced myself to break these bad habits, I decided not to focus on these.
Instead I'll you know one of my worst habits is breaking my healthy eating habits on the weekends. Pictured below is a Frito dipped in HEB Love Dip, its all kinds of goodness made of nothing but badness...it wasn't the first I had tonight and not even close to the last! I do great eating well all week only to completely throw it out the window come the weekend. It didn't help that my weekend started on Thursday this week! But all is not lost, I'm going to join the big weight loss challenege that Mica is spear heading. With the rules laid out so clearly I believe I can break my bad bad habit! Wish me luck!
You'll do great! You have so much more willpower than me! I haven't had a chance to read through the challenge yet but if it involves cutting out sweets, I know myself too well to even attempt it!
