Day 18 - Jump

The other day I couldn't make it to the gym to get in a workout, so I decided to check out P90X.  I heard some things about the Plyometrics session, so I popped it in.  The guy had me jumping around in like the first 10 minutes.  I had to stop that session at 15 minutes and moved to the Cardio!  Little did I know there was also some Plyo stuff in the Cardio so I jumped around a lot that morning and my legs were super sore for the next 2 days!  Out of shape!!!
