My official title at work is Project Manager but it doesn't mean I actually manage proejects; its just the title you get after being promoted from Senior Associate. Unfortunately, after my promotion some people moved departments and my boss got more responsibilities which resulted in more responsibilities for me. The biggest is to lead the efforts in implementing a reconciliation tool called Total Reconciliation System affectionately referred to as TRecs; which sounds a lot like T-Rex! This has been a beast of a project and that's why my Rex is hung from the blinds in my office, yet he still smiles at me so defiantly. Definitely a project I can't wait to end, but I don't see an end in sight any time soon! Help me!
